International Cagliari Airport
The Airport of Cagliari-Elmas offers daily connections with the International Italian hubs in Rome and Milan, as well as with major Italian cities (Florence, Bologna, Naples, Venice, etc.). There are also connections with major European international hubs (London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich) and other European cities (Manchester, Barcelona, Berlin, etc.). Two additional International airports are located in the northern part of Sardinia, about 250 km from Cagliari: Alghero (North-West) and Olbia (North-East), which offer additional connections with European destinations. Connections from Alghero and Olbia to Cagliari are operated by public buses and by train.

Cagliari has a port with daily ferry connections with Rome, and weekly connections with Naples. Other ports in the northern part of Sardinia: (Porto Torres, and Olbia), offer ferry connections to Rome, Livorno, and Genoa, as well as Marseilles (France) and Barcelona (Spain).
