Submit your Extended Abstract and Win the GIRPR Award!
The Summer School "Building Trust in the Information Age" invites all participants to present the results of their research activities on the topics of the school during the poster session that will take place on Thursday Aug 30, in the evening. All participants are kindly invited to submit an extended abstract of maximum two pages (please use this IEEE Conference Template
) describing their current research activities and results. The page limit does not include references that can extend on a third page. A short CV of the author should also be attached to the extended abstract. Abstracts are due by June 15
. They will be evaluated by the organizing committee, and acceptance will be notified to participants by June 27
. A copy of all extended abstracts will be given to all participants. Submissions should be done using the following LINK
The organizing committee will select one of the submitted extended abstracts as the recipient of the GIRPR Award
The poster should be written in English. For your poster, a board will be provided and the maximum poster dimensions are 1189mm tall by 841mm wide (A0 format). You need to print and bring with you the poster to the school. Push tacks or velcro adhesive will be provided at the conference to mount your poster to the board. Title
: The poster title should be in ALL CAPITALS. The title must be representable in the Unicode character set.
: The authors' names must meet the following format: "Surname1 N1., Surname2 N2., Surname3 N3., etc."
A spotlight session will precede the poster session. Each presenter will provide to all the audience a quick overview of her work in 3 minutes by using a maximum of two slides in PDF format.
